SMS Terms of Service

Alice is a text-message assistant for parents and guardians, operated by D6Five. These terms cover the SMS messaging program only.
The program
Alice sends reminders and updates about school events — school-wide and for the grades you tell her about — and answers questions you text her about those events.
How you join
You join by texting ALICE to +1 (945) 245-4718 and replying YES when Alice asks you to confirm. Replying YES is your consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from D6Five about school events.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies and depends on how many events are scheduled and what you ask Alice. Alice is free to use. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT at any time to stop all messages. You will receive one confirmation and then nothing further.
Reply START or UNSTOP to resume.

Who can use Alice
Alice is for parents and guardians aged 18 or older in the United States. It is not intended for use by children.
Carrier liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes to the messaging program will be announced by text before they take effect.
